Your Impact

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager at DISCO to drive the success of our products in the market. You will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and innovative products. You will use customer needs, market trends, and business goals to guide the development and launch of our products, ensuring they meet and exceed customer expectations.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct and synthesize market research and gather customer feedback to identify and define product requirements and user stories.
  • Develop an understanding of DISCO’s customers and their needs.
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure seamless execution of product development efforts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements that deliver maximum value to customers.
  • Oversee the successful launch of new products and features, coordinating with marketing, professional services, and sales teams to drive adoption and success.
  • Gather feedback from early customers to validate the value of new releases.
  • Develop and communicate the product strategy for assigned product areas in collaboration with product leadership, ensuring alignment with the company's overall vision and goals.

Who You Are 

  • 5-7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products to market.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable product decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Understanding of engineering, design, and research methodologies

Even Better If You Have

  • Experience in technology-driven companies or startups.
  • Experience working on B2B software.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development processes.
