We are looking for a Senior Program Manager, Global Agency to join Team Snapchat! You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams within Snap, as well as external partners, to develop programs to enable, grow, and streamline operations for Snap’s Global Agencies.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with Snap leadership to define and run scalable programs for the global agency team

  • Develop framework to evolve agency support & enablement models depending on the objectives of each agency group

  • Ensuring various teams follow through and executes long term driven projects

  • Identify, implement, and support opportunities that empowers growth and streamlines sales partner operations

  • Develop agency enablement programs including onboarding, external collateral, playbooks, and ongoing training curriculums in partnership with internal stakeholders

  • Act as an internal advocate for global agencies highlighting the key needs for global agencies to be successful

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on global marketing and agency events

  • Create project management tracker with all key initiatives, progress, & success metrics

  • Develop programs and initiatives to accelerate and track global agency activities, revenue, product adoption, increase market awareness, and uplevel global agency expertise on Snap’s advertising platform

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising sales / experience in social media, software, internet or digital media industries.

  • Ability to launch fast, learn quickly, iterate and improve, together as well as scale the efforts and package them into program documentations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent years of experience

  • 8+ years in advertising/media, partner management, management consulting, and/or project/program management

  • 5+ years of experience leading high-visibility work streams with proven experience of working in and influencing cross functional teams and influencing at leadership level.

  • Experience thinking analytically and strategically with proven track record of balancing short-term business need with long-term sustainability

  • Proven experience leading programs/projects against KPIs from design through to completion with key cross functional stakeholders including operations, finance, legal, product, & marketing

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience designing and delivering strategic partnership programs with a track record of delivering measurable and successful partnership outcomes.

  • Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills, able to lead advanced quantitative analysis, derive actionable insights and drive projects from strategy to execution.

  • Extensive project management expertise, with the ability to lead and execute multiple time-sensitive projects and a proven track record of initiating and successfully executing complex projects.

  • Openness to embracing changing environments and ability to operate under high levels of ambiguity.

  • Superior Salesforce, Excel and Powerpoint skills.

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):

The base salary range for this position is $138,000-$207,000 annually.


 

Zone B:

The base salary range for this position is $131,000-$197,000 annually.

Zone C:

The base salary range for this position is $117,000-$176,000 annually.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
