Cable One, Inc. dba Sparklight seeks Software Engineer II for its Phoenix, AZ office. 

Develop and configure the ServiceNow platform to meet the organization's needs and accelerate business outcomes by orchestrating and automating tasks and processes across the company. Troubleshoot and resolve platform/module malfunctions by identifying issues and resolving them efficiently and in a timely manner. Ensure the platform is secure by regularly updating and modifying the software system and conducting security code reviews to ensure compliance with industry security standards. Collaborate with other IT team members to identify requirements and design solutions. Analyze users’ needs and potential technical methodologies, translate business requirements into technical requirements, and design and configure software solutions to solve/improve specific system and platform issues. Document every aspect and step of software development processes, methodologies and techniques for future maintenance and upgrades. Upgrade/improve platform as needed and fix security flaws in the organization’s computer systems and applications. Identify systems to be integrated according to business needs and create a cohesive technological infrastructure that empowers business processes and efficiency. Identify and resolve end-users’ variety of technical issues. Employee may work from home and can be based anywhere in the U.S. Requires Master’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Business Analytics, or related. Must have 24 months of experience in an occupation related to Full Stack Software Development. Experience must include 24 months in/with the following: ServiceNow Platform Development and Configuration; Agile Delivery with Cross-Functional Collaboration and System Integration; Requirements Engineering and Data Pipeline Development for Process Optimization; End-to-End Test Planning, Execution, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) Support; Defect Management and Continuous Release Orchestration; and Analytics Reporting and Dynamic Data Visualization. 40 hours/week.
