About the Role

Processes job requisitions and provides management and implementation of continuous improvement projects also coordinates the team to make necessary changes to the process flow.

What You Will Do

  • Work with Logistics Planning to define needed supply chain process improvements.
  • Identify and lead supply chain process improvement initiatives.
  • Support production lines and lead improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate improvements on floor.
  • Responsible for maintaining supply chain application systems.
  • Lead projects and implement NPI's.

Degree Requirement
University degree (bachelor’s degree in administration or industrial, mechanical or other related engineering)

  • A deep understanding of the entire supply chain, from procurement to delivery.
  • Ability to design and optimize the supply chain network, including facility location, transportation modes, and inventory levels.
  • Ability to balance supply and demand, minimize costs, and avoid stockouts or excess inventory.
  • Understanding of international logistics, customs regulations, and trade compliance.
  • Understanding of lean principles, Six Sigma, and other improvement methodologies to eliminate waste and improve efficiency

Logistics Management:

  • Knowledge of warehouse layout, storage methods, and inventory control techniques.
  • Skill in managing warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Ability to forecast demand, optimize inventory levels, and minimize stockouts and excess inventory
  • Ability to coordinate with different departments
  • Knowledge of data analysis techniques to measure logistics performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to use logistics software and tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions.

Consideration For Top Candidates:

  • Knowledge of SAP system.
  • Advanced- intermediate conversational English.
  • Microsoft tools knowledge. (Advanced or expert skills)
  • Lean knowledge.

  • The primary location for this position is Monterrey, Nuevo León.
  • 100% office work
