General Information

Position: Associate Site Training Lead

Location: Sandyford (D18)

Contract: Full-time role 40 hours per week. Type of contract will no change.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. Flexibility to work 24/7 with rotating shifts.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain training & learning records for the site, including but not limited to:

  • Ongoing and future onboarding and upskilling events (in cooperation with cross-functional teams)

  • Trainer capacity management

  • Internal and external CSOD compliance

  • Trainee performance during and after the training (30 days)

  • On-the-Job training results and progress of trainees (TDMR, nesting)

  • Change Delivery projects impacting/involving training

  • Improvement programs and interventions (pre- and post)

  • SOW compliance metrics related to onboarding, upskilling and Trainer performance management

  • SOPs for existing and new processes and frameworks

  • Consolidate and report to internal and external stakeholders on relevant SLAs/KPIs and other metrics

  • Represent the site during client facing syncs on a weekly/monthly basis (incl. reporting on performance,

  • metrics, help items etc.) and build effective relationships with client stakeholders

  • Manage scorecard of the training team by assessing strengths, opportunities and need of performance

  • management, raise risks and issues with supervisor(s) in a timely manner

  • Conduct regular 1:1 coaching with trainers discussing wins, opportunities, and action plans

  • Trainer observation, participant satisfaction and PKT result discussion

  • Day to day training activities follow-through and result

  • Development plans and opportunities

  • Ensure relevance of the team by following the process of certification and re-certification, according to

  • expectations and standards

  • Represent his/her site during regular training touch points with internal stakeholders, as required

  • Recruitment team that supports new hire onboarding

  • Operations team that provides insight on help needed of the analysts

  • Quality, Policy, Change Delivery and Command Centre

  • New hire onboarding and upskilling training management

  • Plan trainer assignment, room allocation and schedules

  • Conduct class observation to evaluate Trainer performance and class status

  • Mitigate class attrition risk

  • Provide analysis on assessment and end of training survey feedback from the participants

  • Ensure full compliance with contractual expectations (reporting, root cause analysis etc.)

  • Collaborate closely with site and regional Leads, provide ongoing feedback to processes and solutions to

  • drive change and improvements and to innovate, serve as the point of contact for training for the site

  • Review, classify and/or eliminate highly sensitive content

  • Understand and remain updated on changing client policies and guidelines

  • Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team within agreed-upon turnaround times and standards of quality

In the context of this role, individuals will be exposed to potentially disturbing content, and will need a level of resilience and maturity. Due to the nature of this role, the post holder might regularly be exposed to and have to deal with stroboscopic effect images.

  • Must be comfortable reviewing sensitive content including graphic pornography, violence, drug use, child abuse, etc.

  • Majority of your time will be spent on general content music, sports, beauty, fashion, kids, etc. but you will come across some sensitive content on a weekly basis.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS

  • College graduate with at least 4 years experience. Supervisory Training experience would be an added

  • advantage.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Sound decision making and organizational skills

  • Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences

  • Proficiency in MS office applications Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Teams

  • Proven ability to master the full training cycle

  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques
