We are searching for the best talent for SENIOR LIFE CYCLE ENGINEER Fixed Term 12 Months to be in Juarez City.

You will be responsible for:

  • Must know and follow all EES policies and procedures related to work activities performed within the area of responsibility, and ensure that any direct reports also comply with these policies and procedures.
  • Complete all required training within the designated timeframes, including retraining for updates to policies, procedures, safety, environmental requirements, and new assignments.
  • Follow all company safety policies and apply proper safety precautions within the work area; promote safety awareness among all team members entering the workspace.
  • Responsible for executing projects focused on reducing design‑related product variation, improving customer experience, and positively impacting business metrics, strategic direction, and financial results.
  • Ensure projects are properly scoped, remain focused, follow the PE process, and progress according to plan. Apply Project Management Mastery principles to identify risks, issues, and scope changes throughout project execution.
  • Maintain active project plans for key initiatives such as design changes and cost‑improvement projects; conduct regular project reviews with team members and management to ensure schedule adherence.
  • Identify, plan, and execute cost‑improvement projects in alignment with supply chain objectives.
  • Support supply chain continuity by qualifying and validating supplier tooling according to component approval procedures.
  • Ensure timely closure of component non‑conformance issues by submitting corrective actions and approving supplier control plans.
  • Manage NCRs and CAPAs, ensuring all actions are completed by their due dates and regularly communicating progress to management.
  • Follow the established Design Variability Roadmap (DMAIIC process) during execution of assigned projects.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Knowledge and skills necessary to successfully perform the responsibilities of this position.
  • 4–6 years of experience related to the role.
  • Completed college education.
  • Bilingual: English/Spanish preferred.
  • Strong team‑dynamics skills with the ability to work cross‑functionally and collaborate effectively across multiple functional groups.
  • Effective communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
  • •Strong project‑management principles with the ability to lead diverse teams across remote sites.
  • Knowledge of component manufacturing processes, preferably for Product Engineers and Design Engineers, including:
  • ○ Plastic Injection Molding
  • ○ Metal Injection Molding (MIM)
  • ○ Metal Stamping and Forming
  • ○ Machining
  • ○ Casting
  • ○ Electronic PCBAs
