Manual Payments Senior Analyst

Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world

As Manual Payments Senior Analyst you will play a key role to ensure effective oversight and control of the manual payment process in the division of Americas Operation. This role will provide day-to-day support to the manual payments team, strengthen compliance with internal control requirements, and improve the accuracy and timeliness of payment execution. The Manual Payment Senior Analyst will serve as an authorized payment approver (required 6 eyes check), ensuring proper segregation of duties and reducing operational and financial risk. The individual should demonstrate an autonomous approach and independence in terms of comprehensive process management, responsibility for assigned tasks and problem solving.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

· Experience: 2 years of experience in Manual Payments/Treasury dept. or proven previous similar experience.

•Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports.

• Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
