Key responsibilities:

• Distribution of service parts to Field Service Engineer’s (ANZ)
• Administration of Calibrated tool register (dispatch and receipt)
• Service parts ordering (weekly) and returns (monthly/as required)
• Cross-functional liaison for Technical Service operations
• Responsible for movements of demonstration and new equipment (dispatch/receipt)
• Maintaining accurate records in TS systems
• Administrative control of department SOP’s
• Generation of monthly reports in SAP and ServiceMax
• Monitoring of Technical Service bulletins and updates
• Telephone routing of phone calls to FSE’s
• Understand and adhere to all Quality and ISO requirements.
• Attend meetings and training as directed.
• Backup for the FSOS

Skills and Experiences:

• Good computer skills / MS Office/Excel
• High level of commitment to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Time management skills
• Organisational skills/Administration and Customer management skills
• SAP and ServiceMax (Salesforce) experience (ideal)
• Previous experience in a service dispatch environment (ideal)
• Warehouse exposure (2-3 years warehouse experience)
• Forklift licence (ideal) / operation of pallet jacks & physical labour
