What the Role Entails

【Job Overview】

The Immigration Specialist will play an essential role in managing daily immigration operations, improving process efficiency with a data-driven approach, optimizing immigration policies, delivering education sections to employees and counter parties, managing immigration vendors, helping on immigration IT system establish and integration, as well as supporting various meaningful HR projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Be Responsible for company immigration policies are compliant , and drive internal training for employees and business;
  • In charge of operation process and SOP optimization and vendor management;
  • Manage immigration operations ,the communication between immigration lawyers and employees;
  • Help on IT management system establish and integration, and ensure the data in HRIS is accurate;
  • Run regular HR reports from various HR systems and analyze data to identify trends/issues;
  • Work with HQ teams on various HR initiatives and process improvement;
  • Participate in various HR related projects.

Who We Look For

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a Human Resources related concentration
  • Strong interest in Immigration, Human Resources or People Operations. Previously related experience is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and possess the ability to prioritize workload independently
  • Strong ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity
  • Possess a proactive approach to accomplishing work and demonstrate the flexibility to meet business needs with a focus on achieving results
  • Comfortable solving complex problems while navigating ambiguity
  • Excellent reporting skills using Excel, and previous experience with analytics is a plus

The base pay range for this position in the state(s) above is $62,640.0 to $127,440.0 per year. Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as other medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the specific position offered.
