Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of applications and collaborating with multiple teams to achieve project goals. Your typical day will involve overseeing the application development process, managing the team, and making key decisions to ensure the timely completion of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate, and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for application-related matters. - Oversee the application development process and ensure timely delivery. - Manage the team and allocate resources effectively. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Application Packaging. - Strong understanding of software engineering principles and practices. - Experience in designing and implementing applications. - Knowledge of application development frameworks and tools. - Experience with application configuration and deployment. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with application security practices. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and technologies. - Experience with DevOps methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Application Packaging. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required. Must Have Skills - Installshield, SCCM, MSI packaging, Scripting, App-V,MSIX, Powershell Scripting Roles & Responsibilities:- Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of applications. - Utilize your expertise in Application Packaging to ensure successful project delivery. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. - Ensure adherence to best practices and standards for application development. - Interact with customer to gather requirements and drive the application packaging through the various stages of the Application Life Cycle - Create and manage application packages using PowerShell App Deployment toolkit, Flexera Install Shield and other scripting methodologies Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Application Packaging. - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of application design, build, and configuration along with these tools tech. Installshield, MECM/Intune, MSI packaging, Scripting, App-V,MSIX, Powershell Scripting - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workplace Technology Solutions. - Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. - Experience with project management methodologies and tools. - Knowledge on troubleshooting packaged apps using tools like procmon \ Orca \Picture Taker \ InstallRite etc. Good knowledge on MS windows Installer, custom actions, application virtualization - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
