The Astra Spacecraft Engine (ASE) Systems Engineering team is responsible for engineering development and support throughout the complete product life cycle of our ASE Hall Effect Thruster electric propulsion systems. We are seeking a highly motivated Systems Engineer to accelerate the engineering development, qualification, production, and delivery of our Astra Spacecraft Engine (ASE) product line. You will work closely with agile cross-functional teams across the company to ensure that all aspects of the design are well-defined, integrated, tested, and validated to meet internal and customer requirements. You will have the opportunity to grow within a fast-paced dynamic team environment, as you draw upon your technical expertise and engineering fundamentals – to problem solve as our systems move through integration, test, production, and on-orbit commissioning. There will be opportunities to interface with external customers, as well as diversify or deepen your technical skill set as desired.
