Job Description:

Job Title

- Floor Care Product Marketer (China)

Location and Type

- Location: Shanghai, China

- Full‑time; reports to Marketing Manager/Category Lead

Role Overview

- Drive go‑to‑market strategy, positioning, and demand generation for floor care products in China (e.g., spin mop/flat mop/disposable mop/glove etc.). Own messaging, launches, channel enablement, and growth programs across B2B and e‑commerce.

Key Responsibilities

- Market and customer insights: Analyze segments and channels (distributors, KA, e‑commerce) to identify growth opportunities.

- Positioning and messaging: Define value propositions, claims, and competitive differentiation for each sub‑category and use case.

- Go‑to‑market: Plan and execute launches (pricing, packaging, channel strategy, sell‑in/sell‑out materials, content calendars).

- Campaigns and demand gen: Cooperate with CN CX team to integrated campaigns (digital, trade shows, RED, Douyin, Tmall/JD/PDD) with clear KPIs; manage promotional calendars.

- Sales enablement: Create playbooks, pitch decks, demo protocols, case studies, product training, and FAQs for distributors and sales teams.

- Content and assets: Cooperate with local lab team to develop localized content (application videos, how‑to guides, application manuals) and manage asset repositories.

- Portfolio and lifecycle: Track performance, rationalize SKUs, recommend line extensions and bundle offers; coordinate with product/ops on availability.

- Pricing and profitability: Build price ladders, promo mechanics, and margin models; monitor competitor pricing and trade terms.

- Compliance: Ensure claims, labels, SDS, and certifications meet PRC regulations and GB standards; align with trade compliance for origin/labeling.

- Partnerships: Collaborate with OEMs, and janitorial distributors on joint marketing.

- Budget and project management: Manage marketing budgets, timelines, agencies, and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

- 3–5+ years in product marketing or category marketing for cleaning, FMCG, or B2B hygiene solutions in China.

- Proven experience with GTM launches, channel marketing, and sales enablement.

- Strong analytical skills (Excel/BI) and ability to convert insights into action.

- Excellent communication in Mandarin; working English for regional coordination.
