Accenture is seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud Security Senior Manager to join our dynamic team in Europe. In this pivotal role:
You will lead the charge in crafting and selling high value Oracle cloud security solutions, focusing on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
Your expertise will ensure our clients' sensitive data and critical assets are protected, while driving business growth and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the sales, design, implementation, and management of Oracle cloud security solutions, showcasing your expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Fusion Cloud applications to improve client satisfaction and business growth.
Provide authoritative mentorship on securing Oracle Cloud, including identity and access management, application security, data encryption, and security monitoring, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to clients
Position the importance and value of custom job role design security controls and best practices for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, including Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle HCM Cloud, tailored to meet specific client needs.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their outstanding cloud security needs, recommending and implementing solutions to address their challenges effectively and Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, offering insightful recommendations to improve their cloud security posture and drive business success.
Lead and mentor a team of security experts, encouraging a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in service delivery to ensure client retention and happiness.
Stay ahead of the curve by continuously supervising the latest Oracle cloud security trends, technologies, and vulnerabilities, proactively identifying, and addressing potential threats to maintain client confidence.

Job Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability in Oracle cloud security, with a focus on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, demonstrating a consistent track record of success.
Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) security and Oracle Fusion Cloud security services, enabling you to craft and sell outstanding solutions.
Solid understanding of cloud security frameworks and standards (e.g., CSA Cloud Controls Matrix, CIS Oracle Cloud Security Benchmark) to ensure comprehensive security measures.
Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver complex cloud security projects on time and within budget, showcasing outstanding project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members at all levels, driving client satisfaction and repeat business.
Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Certified Architect, Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications, or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) are preferred, improving your credibility and expertise.
