Role purpose

The key purpose of the Team Assistant role is to provide timely, efficient and high-quality administrative and executive support to senior leaders and the broader team. The role ensures the seamless management of schedules, meetings, correspondence and documentation, maintaining administrative operations and requirements to enhance team efficiency and contribute to the achievement of organisational goals.

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional support? We’re looking for an Assistant to the General Manager to keep our operations running smoothly and ensure outstanding experiences for our internal teams and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage team documentation, calendars, files, and reporting with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including invitations, room bookings, and catering.
  • Process invoices and expenses in line with company policies.
  • Maintain internal communications and content across platforms like SharePoint and intranet.
  • Liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders, and suppliers.
  • Lead the organisation of team activities and support cross-functional projects.
  • Respond to customer and stakeholder queries, ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Assist senior leaders with travel bookings, diary coordination, and presentation preparation.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to boost operational efficiency.

  • Skills: Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with administrative processes, reporting, and continuous improvement principles.
