The Cash Proc Sr Supv is an intermediate level role responsible for ensuring transactions are processed accurately and on time in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to use technical expertise and comprehension of how the team integrates with others in improving efficiencies, completing deliverables efficiently, and accomplishing overall objectives of cash management strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective, robust and proactive handling of the compliance / Sanction screening activities of the APAC Operations – Cash
- Should have thorough knowledge on the Payments domain
- Interact with Operation staff, management, Implementations, Technology and other critical teams (i.e., Compliance, Legal & CSIS) - often with stakeholders
- Training/cross-training within operations
- Provide support to all operational processes as needed within locations.
- Participate in UAT, implementation and training
- Properly monitor compliance related activities to ensure adherence to Audit and Control policies.
- Perform within departmental procedures and compliance standards in order to minimize losses to the firm.
- Provide support to all operational processes as needed
- Understand the procedures and compliance policies of the Regional Processing Center
- Participate in activities related to risk, control and compliance
- May lead or assist with projects and develop or assist with special reports
- May be responsible for maintaining department calendars and project workbooks
- Handle transactional escalations from junior staff and provide guidance and support.

Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
