The IT Project Manager will be responsible for planning and overseeing IT projects from initiation to completion. This role involves leading an IT project team by setting clear objectives, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring agile and responsive project development through methodologies such as Scrum.

Key accountabilities

  • ​Lead critical programmes, being responsible to oversee and align all IT teams engaged with programmes delivery
  • Lead the communication and engagement with programme sponsors, stakeholders and with business programme managers
  • Be accountable for the IT programme plan (deliverables, timelines, testing plans, migrations, MVP deliveries, …) and to engage with business programme manager to support building and maintaining the overall programme plan
  • Foster the transformation of current legacy systems to best in bread applications, through transformation programmes
  • Support change management processes and activities to help transformation and systems adoption
  • Lead the preparation of critical meetings and be the key driver for IT related topics on those meetings
  • Anticipate issues, blockers, constraints in the critical path and work with sponsors and stakeholders to overcome them


Your profile

  • Experience in the delivery life-cycle in a high challenge, complex, multi-project environment
  • Excellent written skills, capable of clearly and unambiguously documenting complex assumptions, risks, and commitments
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong experience working directly with senior leadership and executive management
  • Significant experience leading programmes at an international scale, with multiple project teams spread across several countries and different time zones
  • Extensive experience in multicultural environments at an international scale
  • Highly resilient, with the ability to motivate teams through multi-year programmes
  • Flexibility and ability to work in environments with changing priorities
  • Certification in specific Agile or waterfall methodologies, such as Scrum Master, PMP, or PRINCE2
