Job Purpose

This role is responsible for overall Planning for the Plot#26, 5BC. The Role will enhance the plant efficiency to 85%-95% and will bridge the gap between the plant output and central team. Finished Good should reach to the end customer on time.

Roles and Responsibility

• Production planning, manufacturing, shipment / delivery and returns on products.
• Maintain comprehension of legal documents, ISO document related with SCM.
• Working Skill on MS office. Power BI and SAP.
• Weekly review of plant efficiency and working on Conversation cost within the target.
• Planner must have skill on plant output and steam production without Zero Inventory.
• Identify and manage risk within the supply chain, Planning.
• Address tactical and strategic supply chain issues.
• Understand customers’ needs, service those needs, and maintain and develop positive business relationships with a customer’s On-time delivery as per customer Orders.
• Monitoring of Plant KPI on Objectives trend.
• Billing of FG production in SAP during the dispatch.

Role Specific Competencies

Should have a knowledge of Production planning, Handling Customer specific demand, Knowledge of OEE and customer handling expert.

Education Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering with 6 to 8 years' experience in Manfacturing set up.
