Reporting Structure

·Manages subordinate managers and/or groups of professional level team members for a function or sub-function(s) at a site or within a corporate group
·In some circumstances, may be individual contributors or manage small teams: has decision making authority and provides direction for teams, program, function or department. If staffing levels were to increase, may assume people leader responsibilities or increase span of control.
