Job Description:

  • Port Phillip Prison, Truganina location - Free Parking

About the Role
You will liaise with SVHM and other prison locations to book appointments for patients within the correctional setting.

Management of EMR ensuring confidentiality is observed.

  • Management of medical records.

  • Adaptability in role allocation.

  • Creation and maintaining spreadsheets

  • Knowledge of a variety of IT programs ie microsoft excel, outlook etc.

Classifications for this position will be HS1 - HS17 ($58,442 - $64,610 per annum pro rata) + 25% Casual loading

Your Contribution

  • Previous experience working in medical administrative role.

  • Qualifications/Experience with variety of IT programs.

  • Current National criminal history check

About Correctional Health at Port Phillip Prison

St Vincent's Correctional Health Service at Port Phillip Prison - accredited health service onsite providing primary, secondary and tertiary medical and psychosocial health care to prisoners at Port Phillip Prison, Laverton. Port Phillip Prison is a maximum security male prison accommodating approximately 937 inmates and is situated 20 km West of Melbourne
