Job description

The Workplace Experience Senior Lead is responsible for designing and managing the overall employee experience within  Stryker’s desktop and digital workspace; driving workplace technology innovation to enhance employee experiences and productivity.

What you will do:

Lead Workplace Technology

• Drive efforts to implement innovative technologies that enhance employee productivity and experiences.

• Scale workplace solutions to align with organizational goals and evolving employee needs.

Implement Workplace Services Strategy

• Contribute to and execute the EDT Workplace Services strategy to deliver cohesive and impactful end-user services with customer-centric mindset.

Collaborate with Technology Operations Teams

• Partner with Technology Operations to ensure seamless delivery of end-user services and compliance with policies.

• Foster cross-functional collaboration to align EDT services with end user and business unit needs.

What you need:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience required.

• 6+ years of relevant professional experience

• Expertise in employee experience strategy and delivery

• Proficiency in scaling innovative technologies and collaborating with cross-functional EDT teams

• Experience managing technical priorities, assessing business impact, and prioritizing work in a complex global environment

• Strong communication skills with ability to align stakeholders through complex technical decisions and explain technology and its implications

• Ability to make quick decisions under pressure and in critical situations, while understanding impact on operations

• Excellent problem-solving skills (i.e., problem definition & structuring, analysis definition, insight generation & recommendation generation)

Travel Percentage: 20%
