Summary We are looking for a Cloud Platform Engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 services, primarily SharePoint Online, Teams, and Exchange Online. The role involves administering, supporting, and optimizing collaboration solutions, managing migrations, and ensuring governance, security, and performance compliance. Key Responsibilities • Administer and manage SharePoint Online: permissions, permission levels, item-level access, SPO groups, SPO Admin Center, lists, libraries, and threshold limits. • Support content migrations using ShareGate and AvePoint tools. • Manage Teams administration: private/public channels, governance, and basic Enterprise Voice setup (phone numbers, dial plans, voice routing). • Perform Exchange Online tasks: create/manage distribution lists, shared mailboxes, and M365 group memberships. • Ensure governance compliance across SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange. • Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft 365-related issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Required Skills & Experience • 3–5 years of SharePoint Online Administration experience. • Strong knowledge of SharePoint permissions, SPO groups, lists/libraries, and threshold management. • Migration experience with ShareGate and AvePoint. • Basic knowledge of Teams Enterprise Voice (phone assignment, dial plan, voice routing). • Experience managing Teams channels and governance. • Basic administration of Exchange Online (DLs, shared mailboxes, M365 groups). • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 governance best practices Good to Have • Exposure to automation (Power Automate, PowerShell, Python). • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure deployment, security, and performance validation.
