Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot problems, ensuring the smooth operation of applications, and implementing solutions that enhance system performance and reliability. You will engage in proactive monitoring and maintenance of applications, contributing to the overall efficiency of business processes and supporting the organization's objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform an architect role on a project/engagement
- Contribute to architecture and low level design
- Provide solutions & guide dev teams on requirements.
- Hands-on experience on Azure/AWS/GCP and Cloud service
- Review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality and operations requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- 12-15 yrs overall 5yrs as Application/Platform Architect
- 10+yrs - Web App Development Component based Architecture
- Hands-on App Dev with either Microsoft Stack (ASPNET MVC, C#, .NET Core, SQL Server) Or Open Source (Python, PostGreSQL), Angular/React/JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, REST APIs
- Working knowledge of AI, LLMs, Knowledge Services
- Hands-on experience on Azure/AWS/GCP and Cloud services
