Associate Analyst, Finance Planning

We are excited to offer an opportunity as an Associate Analyst to become an integral part of our Global Operations & Technology Central Finance Analytics team. This role is pivotal in our mission to automate and enhance analytics across the company, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend scripts to support financial data processing and analysis.
• Design and implement user-friendly front-end interfaces for internal financial tools and applications.
• Work in partnership with finance team members to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions.
• Contribute to the development of advanced analytics that provide actionable insights for both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Ensure the reliability and performance of all developed systems and tools.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in backend and front-end development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Strong understanding of backend development concepts and front-end design principles.
• A proactive mindset focused on identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and the ability to quickly learn new languages.
• Familiarity with Excel, QlikView, PowerBI, Tableau, or other data analysis tools is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced setting.
