In this unique global role, you will be responsible for initiating research, conducting due diligence, and analyzing data within a functional area which may include any areas described below.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Global Internal/external investigations of fraud, waste, abuse, and violations of the Code of Conduct.
  • Global Credential Management for New Access and Restricted Areas.
  • Risk Assessments for all Western Union Corporate Offices.
  • Project Management support for Global Security Initiatives.
  • Design, use and deployment of Internal and external fraud mitigation and reporting/tracking systems.
  • Crisis Management and incident response.
  • Employees and Contractors Training and Documentation for security best practices
  • Data entry on confidential and security sensitive information.
  • Global Inventory for Badging Supplies in Western Union main offices.
  • Innovation and research of new technologies applicable to Western Union environment.

Role Requirements:  

  • Advanced English Level.
  • Experience with in-depth internet research.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proven leadership skills in teams and/or projects.
  • Proven communication skills.
  • Knowledge of internet research tools.
  • Experience working within teams to achieve common goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Physical Security experience.
  • Experience working with contractors.
  • ASIS member.
  • Experience working with geographically and functional diverse teams.
  • Lean Six Sigma or any other process improvement methodology. knowledge and/or experience
