Poly Category ACM – Eastern Europe

Description -

The Poly ACM will drive our 4P planning & execution, business management, and product lifecycle across the Poly portfolio, to drive business results in EET&I countries (Eastern Europe, Turkey & Israel). 

The Poly ACM will lead the hybrid work categories across Headset, Video & Voice, and will be pivotal to drive the execution & growth of Poly business through collaboration across the sales, marketing, product, supply chain & finance organizations.

In this role you will be responsible for delivering our sell-thru target & growth through 4P management, including driving the promotional planning/execution; product lifecycle; and sales & channel enablement.

Experience in collaboration technology and working with sales & channel partners is essential. You will be leading a key growth area for HP-Poly. You will be expected to apply business judgement to maximise results in your market.

Responsibilities

  • Own the balanced scorecard for Poly Category in EET&I (sell-thru; market share; channel inventory)
  • Manage product lifecycle for Poly portfolio across EET&I (including NPI & EOL mgt.)
  • Own the 4P execution for Poly portfolio across EET&I (Product; Price; Place; Promotion)
  • Drive the quarterly game plan & execution to achieve business goals
  • Lead Business management (MOR & COR) execution to monitor results vs. plan, and drive gap mitigation & upside opportunities.
  • Drive sales enablement, focusing on cross-selling of Poly solutions via our HP generalist sales force & channel
  • Manage product allocation & inventory depletion plans to balance supply & demand
  • Product line and quota responsibility for Poly across EET&I countries
  • Functional responsibility for the team in one or several areas (market analysis, marketing engagement, SF communication etc)

Who you are?

Education and Experience Required:

  • University or Bachelors degree in Business; Marketing or Finance; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
  • 7-10 years of professional experience with a combination of Marketing, Sales, Business Planning experienced preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • IT industry knowledge of collaboration technologies, strategy and Channel partner ecosystem.
  • Business planning skills, multidimensional.
  • Financial planning and modelling skills, comfortable to manage high complexity business planning and reporting.
  • Strong communication skills at senior management internally and externally.
  • Knowledge of promotional marketing processes and practices.
  • Negotiation skills and ability to frame the product value proposition to customers/partners.
  • Leadership skills and cross functional expertise (sales, supply chain, marketing…)
