Introduction:  

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in recruitment, along with a deep understanding of the unique hiring challenges and requirements within our industry. 

Your Job: 

In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent to support our continued growth and operational excellence. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, leveraging innovative sourcing strategies and tools to find the best candidates. Collaboration is key—you’ll work closely with department leaders to understand their specific hiring needs and ensure alignment with our broader organizational goals. 

Other Responsibilities:  

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple departments. 

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates. 

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles. 

• Conduct interviews, evaluate applicants, and provide recommendations. 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. 

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. 

• Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs. 
   

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree 

• 8 to 15  years of experience  

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment. 

• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools. 

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams. 

• Strategic mindset with a passion for finding and hiring top talent.
