Job Description: Junior Accounting Specialist/Młodszy Specjalista ds Księgowości

Location: Wroclaw (hybrid)

Your new opportunity

We are a newly created team working in Business Process Services, and we want you to join us in the exciting challenge of transitioning Finance and Accounting processes. You will be an important part of the ongoing process of migration and transformation currently underway for our client.

Key areas of responsibilities:

  • Processing invoices accurately and in compliance with accounting standards

  • Uploading bank statements and transactions

  • Handling queries related to invoices and payments

  • Assisting in performing month-end closing activities

  • Setting up new suppliers

  • Creating basic reports

  • Assisting with updating process documentation in response to changes in country-specific regulations or requirements

Knowledge and skills for success:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher

  • Proficiency in English and another European language (mainly reading invoices)

  • Basic understanding of accounting concepts and principles

  • Goal-oriented with a strong focus on details and accuracy

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of MS Office applications (nice to have)

  • “Can do” attitude and a team player mindset
