What you'll do...
Senior Manager, Security – Senior Vetting Manager
Senior Vetting Managers (SVMs). SVMs are responsible for leading programs where teams are making urgent complex decisions that protect associates, customers, and the Walmart brand while providing opportunities to those who demonstrate rehabilitation. SVMs interpret available data through the lenses of their experiences, professional training, case studies, academic research, to support the completion of assessments of criminal history by their team. SVRMs clearly communicate their findings to cross-functional business partners and clients at various levels (Field level to EVP).
This role is based in Bentonville, AR with no remote or hybrid options.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
