The PX Technology Program Manager plays a pivotal role in bringing the People Experience (PX) technology ecosystem to life, focusing on enhancing tools like Eightfold, Magnit, Happeo, LinkedIn, Zendesk, and other PX technologies. This role combines strategic leadership with program management to define and execute a long-range technology strategy, focused on delivering an exceptional employee experience. This role is central to shaping the PX technology strategy and ensuring its successful execution, helping the organization deliver exceptional experiences for employees globally.
The position requires equal parts strategic planning and hands-on program management, driving roadmaps and executing project plans in collaboration with various PX teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of integrating technology solutions into seamless experiences, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives that modernize and optimize PX solutions and delivery.
What You Will Do
Technology Strategy & Ecosystem Development
Define and build a long-range PX technology strategy aligned with the ideal employee experience.
Evaluate and integrate innovative PX tools like Eightfold, Magnit, Happeo, LinkedIn, and Zendesk to create a cohesive and modern technology ecosystem.
Partner with PX leadership to ensure technology solutions align with organizational goals and employee needs. Ensure PX prioritization across all workstreams.
Program Management
Develop and manage roadmaps for PX technology initiatives, driving execution year-over-year to deliver on strategic goals.
Lead complex technology projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and business objectives.
Collaborate with the Workday Systems team to support occasional enhancements and optimization of Workday and Workday Recruit.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with the Solutions Delivery team on customized segment talent initiatives and the PPO team for PX program delivery unrelated to technology.
Work with IS, cybersecurity, and PX teams to ensure seamless integration and secure operation of PX technologies.
Align technology strategy and employee experience with the Future of Work strategy, service delivery and people and culture
Focus on foundational automation and AI to increase employee productivity and efficiency
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Drive initiatives that modernize the PX technology ecosystem, enhancing usability and scalability across global operations.
Identify and implement improvements to PX service delivery, leveraging technology to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Lead change management efforts, including stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption of new technologies.
Employee Experience Excellence
Design and implement technology solutions that enhance every stage of the employee lifecycle.
Continuously evaluate the PX technology ecosystem, staying ahead of industry trends to deliver best-in-class experiences.
Persona work to evaluate various employee processes, prioritize opportunities to improve the employee experience, and generate ideas and strategies for enhancements.
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
Technology Expertise: 7+ years of experience in PX or HR technology, including tools like HRIS, Workday, Eightfold, Magnit, LinkedIn, Zendesk, and other innovative platforms.
Program Management: 5+ years of experience managing complex technology programs with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and execute long-term technology strategies aligned with organizational objectives and employee needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven success engaging and aligning diverse stakeholders across technical and business teams.
Change Management: Skilled at driving adoption and ensuring successful implementation of new tools and processes.
Technical Aptitude: Deep understanding of global systems complexities and integration challenges.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in PX technology platforms, program management, or systems implementation are desirable.
