The Principal Product Manager must have a strong data orientation and marketplace insight, ready to dive deep into data and act decisively to iterate and improve our products. This role requires balancing a bias for action with strategic foresight, ensuring that decisions advance our marketplace goals. A core responsibility of the Principal Product Manager is evaluating high-impact opportunities, determining alignment with our strategic objectives, articulating compelling cases for action, and rigorously driving progress. Using data analytics and customer insights, Principal Product Managers at Nerdy apply a scientific approach to marketplace product development: observation - question - hypothesis and prediction - test - measure - learn - iterate.
