We are seeking an experienced HVAC pipefitter to lead our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background, excellent leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of HVAC systems.

Position Summary:

Supervises, coordinates, inspects and performs the assembly, installation and repair of components, subsystems and systems for the piping trade during the construction, tenant finish-out or remodel of commercial buildings and industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of HVAC pipe installers
  •  Oversee the installation of HVAC/R systems in commercial settings.
  •  Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with established safety standards and regulations.
  •  Review schematics and blueprints to plan HVAC installations or repairs effectively.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members on complex HVAC issues..
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used.
  • Train new employees on best practices for HVAC installation, repair, and safety protocols..
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 10 Years Experience in Commercial HVAC industry
  • Journeyman HVAC (Required)
  • Strong mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics related to HVAC/R systems.
  •  Ability to build custom solutions based on project requirements.
  • Able to weld piping.
  • Familiar with steam systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and quality workmanship.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams effectively.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
  • Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record.
  • Must be able to access and navigate all areas of construction sites
