How You Will Create An Impact:

  • Issue policies, endorsements, certificates and any other policy document and complete the booking process within the agreed turnaround time.

  • Provide underwriting and operational support to both local and multinational Property business.

  • Provide a high level of customer service by timely response to broker requests and deadlines.

  • Provide recommendations to resolve pending issues and execute / follow through on escalation and resolution action plans.

  • Conduct self-audit of Multinational account policies.

  • Prepare and submit the client list for sanction screening.

  • Adhere to internal policies and procedures including but not limited to Operations Risk Awareness, Complaints Handling, etc.

  • Provide support to Underwriters on reporting to NY / Regional Office on Cat Modeling Report, Risk Engineering Fee Report and ad-hoc requests.   

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Higher diploma or above with 1 year working experience; experience in general insurance will be an added advantage

  • Good communication, interpersonal skills and collaborative, a team player

  • Attentive to details, self-motivated with positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently

  • Good written and oral English and Chinese

  • Proficient PC skills in MS Word, Excel

  • Fresh Graduate will also be considered

  • Immediately available is highly preferable
