Greenlight is the leading family fintech company on a mission to help parents raise financially smart kids. We proudly serve more than 6 million parents and kids with our award-winning banking app for families. With Greenlight, parents can automate allowance, manage chores, set flexible spend controls, and invest for their family’s future. Kids and teens learn to earn, save, spend wisely, and invest.

At Greenlight, we believe every child should have the opportunity to become financially healthy and happy. It’s no small task, and that’s why we leap out of bed every morning to come to work. Because creating a better, brighter future for the next generation depends on it.

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Data Platform Analytics team to partner with our product and business stakeholders across risk, operations, and other domains. We are looking for someone who thrives in taking on complex analytical problems with the initiative, problem-solving, and curiosity needed to find accurate and actionable insights. This role will focus on building scalable reporting and analytics foundations by taking data from disparate sources, improving clarity and consistency in metrics, and supporting better business decisions across core product areas.

This is the perfect opportunity for an individual passionate about data, who has the drive to solve complex problems and has the ability to grow alongside our team and our company. The ideal candidate can quickly identify trends in our data, develop creative solutions, and demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate their impacts on our business. We are seeking someone who is comfortable collaborating directly with stakeholders to understand business decisions and strategically identify and solve business problems — especially when the path forward isn’t fully defined. This will include data modeling, ad-hoc reporting, dashboard building, root-cause analysis, and data narrative story building.

This role will report directly to the Director of Analytics and Analytics Engineering.
Who we are:
It takes a special team to aim for a never-been-done-before mission like ours. We’re looking for people who love working together because they know it makes us stronger, people who look to others and ask, “How can I help?” and then “How can we make this even better?” If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and help parents raise a financially smart generation, apply to join our team.
