Talent Acquisition Administrator

 

LOCATION:                     Guadalajara, Mexico   

REPORTS TO:                  Talent Services Manager

The Talent Acquisition Administrator will be responsible to support Recruitment diverse activities such as schedule and coordinate interviews, follow-up on background checks, manage travel arrangements, and schedule day one agendas for the candidates across the Americas. This individual must be able to communicate clearly in English, Spanish and Portuguese with our candidates, Leaders, and Talent Acquisition Partners to swiftly schedule and coordinate these activities while maintaining alignment with defined processes, assuring a good experience to our candidates.

 

 Core Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate interviews, reschedules and calendar requests while proacively anticipating and resolving issues through effective communication, customer service & expectations management.
  • Launch pre-hire cognitive and personality assessments to Leadership position candidates.
  • Follow up of background check process and reports.
  • Continue Communication with TA Partners to assure an agile process.
  • Effectively representing the Ingredion Employment Brand.
  • Provide support for successful interview scheduling & leveraging technologies.
  • Support initiatives in Talent Acquisition Process Excellence.
  • Represent the department and company in a professional manner.
  •   Other administrative tasks as assigned.

 Qualified candidates will have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 1 year of experience in customer service or an administrative role.
  • Experience preferred with Applicant Tracking Systems (Indeed, Workday, or similar)
  • Strong Outlook management and SNOW desired.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • High energy & enthusiasm, with a customer service orientation.
  • Strong verbal/written English, Spanish and Portuguese communication skills required, Portuguese desired.
