We are hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to accelerate Healthie’s customer onboarding and subscription management systems. You’ll build seamless, high-impact user experiences that drive activation and retention, working across our Rails backend and React frontend while integrating with third-party services.
As a key member of the Customer Engineering team, you’ll develop scalable, intuitive solutions that reduce friction in the customer onboarding journey. Your work will focus on optimizing user flows, automating subscription management, and ensuring seamless data synchronization across business platforms. You’ll design onboarding experiences that reduce time-to-value, implement flexible subscription tools, integrate Stripe for payments and invoicing, and streamline data flows between Healthie’s CRM and analytics tools.
This role is ideal for a self-starter with deep experience in Rails and React, a strong understanding of third-party integrations, and a passion for supporting business teams in achieving growth goals. You thrive in fast-paced environments, working cross-functionally to translate complex challenges into efficient, user-friendly solutions that drive measurable impact.
