Do you have a strong background in Human Resource operations, recruitment and system administration? We are looking for a permanent full time People Operations and Talent Aquisition Partner to join our team in Balmain, NSW. This role will allow you to work alongside our People, Industrial Relations and Legal teams to ensure our people processes are efficient, engaging and aligned with creating a positive employee experience.

What You Will Do
Your key responsibilities in this position will include:
Lead recruitment processes and all activities associated with recruitment including sourcing, advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, due diligence, medicals, salary proposals and contract generation.
Provide advice to leaders and employees on activities relating to the employee lifecycle and support end to end HR processes including recruitment, systems, onboarding, engagement, DEI, training and development, and offboarding.
Lead HRIS support and maintenance including new hires, leavers, changes, ensuring data quality is of the highest standard.
Maintain progress trackers relating to recruitment, onboarding and offboarding activities.
Reporting and analysis of data from both HR and Payroll systems as required.
Maintenance of HR and Recruitment mail inboxes
Sonic Health Account Manager
Support the People and Culture Business Partners with projects as required
What You Will Need to Thrive in this Position
To be successful in this position, you will be able to demonstrate:
Experience in a similar HR operations position, including implementing best-practice recruitment and selection.
Tertiary qualifications in human resources, employee relations or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
HRIS skills and proficiency, particularly in Workday, will be highly regarded.
Excellent people skills and the ability to develop relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating a strong degree of initiative and confidence to make decisions.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence change and successfully negotiate agreed outcomes.
Desire and ability to achieve objectives and deliver results with a long-term and strategic focus.
Ability to collect and analyse data, identify trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Flexibility to travel to our operations as required.
