As a People & Culture Experienced Professional – Enterprise Services, you will play a key role in supporting HR operational processes and delivering outstanding service to employees, managers and HR partners.
You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving process improvements and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will help foster a culture of continuous improvement while ensuring a high-quality employee experience.
As a People & Culture Experienced Professional, you will be responsible for:
HR Operations & Service Delivery
Supporting the successful execution of one or more HR Operations processes within Enterprise Services.
Delivering high-quality employee support while ensuring service level commitments are met.
Providing operational support and troubleshooting for assigned HR processes.
Managing service delivery metrics and contributing to operational performance improvements.
Employee Experience & Stakeholder Support
Providing best-in-class customer service to employees, managers, business leaders and HR partners.
Responding to complex inquiries and requests with accuracy, professionalism and urgency.
Building strong relationships with stakeholders through proactive communication and collaboration.
Anticipating customer needs and identifying opportunities to enhance the employee experience.
Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
Driving standardization, simplification and continuous improvement initiatives within assigned processes.
Identifying opportunities to increase productivity, quality and compliance.
Supporting implementation of process enhancements and best practices.
Promoting a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Compliance, Quality & Governance
Maintaining high standards of accuracy, quality and timeliness in all activities.
Ensuring compliance with applicable legal requirements and Baker Hughes policies.
Applying sound judgment while managing confidential and sensitive information.
Supporting audit and compliance-related activities as required.
Knowledge Management & Collaboration
Developing and maintaining expertise within assigned HR process areas.
Keeping current with internal policies, programs and process updates.
Sharing knowledge and best practices with team members and stakeholders.
Collaborating across functions to support business and employee needs.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field; OR a high school diploma/GED with relevant professional experience.
Have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience, including internships or relevant HR-related experience.
Have advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Have experience in HR Operations, Payroll & Benefits, Global Mobility Services or related HR service delivery environments.
Have a strong customer service mindset with the ability to anticipate and respond effectively to customer needs.
Have strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
