Summary: As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will assist in defining requirements, designing and building data center technology components and testing efforts. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that all components function seamlessly within the data center environment. You will engage in problem-solving activities, contribute to design discussions, and support the implementation of technology solutions that meet organizational needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC). - Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and compliance standards. - Experience with data center infrastructure management. - Familiarity with security protocols and governance policies. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
