Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, code, and enhance various components across systems or applications. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement in software development practices. Roles & Responsibilities: Experience in handling Veeva CRM/Vault CRM configuration tasks Good understanding on Veeva data model and how the data is linked with different objects & stored Good understanding in implementation of Veeva change requests - requirement analysis, design, solutioning, effort estimation, bug fixes etc Experience in writing custom code - triggers, workflows, classes - good to have Java SDK knowledge Hands-on experience in usersetup, Alignment and good understanding on security model on Veeva Experience in working on project management tools like - JIRA and good understanding on support/AMS activities in Service-now Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management, drive status meetings/calls with client & teams Lead and guide the team to provide resolutions on technical tasks, efforts, documentation etc Value added benefits to client by providing automation/innovation ideas Good to have – integration knowledge using ETL tools/python scripting/C#/ Azure technologies/areas Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva CRM. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies, particularly agile practices. - Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to Veeva CRM. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently. - Familiarity with integration techniques for various systems and applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Veeva CRM. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
