As a Product Owner within Pure Storage’s Professional Services organization, you will lead ServiceNow product initiatives, acting as the primary liaison between the ServiceNow platform team and business stakeholders. Your work will support key modules such as Customer Service Management (CSM), Sales & Order Management, Field Service Management, Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), and Customer Project Management to drive enhanced service delivery and alignment across Professional Services and Customer Experience (CX). You will be responsible for gathering requirements, managing a product backlog, developing roadmaps, and supporting the end-to-end design and deployment of scalable solutions.

  • Problem Solving and Analysis: Act as the primary liaison to gather and refine requirements, maintaining a dynamic roadmap across ServiceNow modules to meet complex business needs.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on solutions, timelines, and objectives, serving as the main contact for ServiceNow configurations within Professional Services.
  • Passion for Product and Innovation: Stay informed on ServiceNow trends to recommend product enhancements and lead training sessions that promote user adoption and efficiency.
  • Passion for Learning about the Business: Translate complex business needs into technical requirements that meet strategic goals while ensuring compliance and regulatory alignment.
  • Stakeholder Influence and Accountability: Use data-driven insights to influence stakeholders, fostering accountability and promoting user-centric solutions that support business outcomes.
  • Product Discovery and Delivery Expertise: Lead discovery and iterative development efforts using Agile methods and metrics to optimize ServiceNow performance and align with business objectives.
  • Solution Development: Design and oversee scalable ServiceNow solutions with developers and service owners, ensuring smooth testing, deployment, and user satisfaction.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner on the ServiceNow platform, specifically with modules such as CSM, SPM, Sales & Order Management, and Field Service Management.
  • Strong background in gathering requirements, developing user stories, and maintaining product backlogs within Agile frameworks, with experience prioritizing features to align with business objectives.
  • Proven expertise in ServiceNow best practices and functionalities, including workflow automation, integrations, and advanced configurations.
  • Certifications such as ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA), ITIL, and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) are highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for managing relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, promoting effective collaboration and solution delivery.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

The annual base salary range is: $130,000 – $196,000. 

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. 

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
