Controls materials cost evolution & purchasing performance with a particular focus on one or several segments, perform financial analysis enabling an improved monitoring of the supply base

▷ Responsibility :

As Purchasing Controller
-Provide monthly reports and forecasts, ensuring compliance with system
As Purchasing Assistant
-Drives project purchasing, pilot and forecast the project purchasing index & KPIs
-Participate in the target setting of the P1 projects of the site
-Represent Purchasing in the project process.
-Participates to Project Meeting and Activities (Project Kick Off, Sourcing Plan, Technical Steering/Project Management Committee) and participates to Pre-SoCo and SoCo decisions with project Buyers.
-Involves Segment Leader (or Group Segment Director) in appropriate timing to share project constraints and propose sourcing strategy compliant with Group Strategy
-Liaise with Project and Segment organizations to identify Bundle opportunities
-Ensure consistency between projects and segments Pre-SoCo & SoCo milestones
-Ensure use and sharing of best practices to the P1Purchasing network
