Logitech is the Sweet Spot for people who want their actions to have a positive global impact while having the flexibility to do it in their own way.
This is an opportunity to own the narrative for a multi-million dollar portfolio at a company defining the hybrid work era. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will hold the keys to the Go-to-Market engine for our Team Workspace Solutions.
You will serve as the strategic connector between our Product teams (translating technical innovation into value), our Commercial organization (equipping sellers and channel partners to win), and our broader Marketing functions (fueling campaigns with core messaging). You will take ownership of global product launches—coordinating across these functions to turn hardware prototypes into market-ready solutions. If you are a strategist who loves the challenge of orchestrating complex launches and simplifying technical stories, this is your stage.
Architect the Narrative: Craft the foundational positioning, messaging, and storytelling for complex enterprise hardware, ensuring our value proposition resonates with IT buyers and C-suite executives.
Champion the "Whole Solution": Elevate positioning beyond standalone device specs to a unified ecosystem story that integrates Logitech software, services, and brand narratives.
Orchestrate Global Launches (NPI): Own the end-to-end marketing launch timeline for flagship products. You will drive alignment across Product, Enablement, and Sales to ensure readiness across public announce, product shipment, and product readiness milestones, as well as assist in generating revenue velocity.
Empower the Sales Team: Translate technical specifications and feature lists into winning sales logic. You will build the strategy and materials (decks, trainings, battle cards) that enable our Commercial teams and Channel Partners to sell the "whole solution."
Fuel the Marketing Engine: Act as the subject matter expert who briefs and guides Marketing & creative agencies to build high-impact assets (email campaigns, web experiences, social campaigns, etc) that align with the product narrative and address audience pain points.
Master the Landscape: Maintain strong competitive intelligence on the hardware market and the ecosystem dynamics of our partners (Microsoft, Zoom, Google and more) to anticipate shifts and identify opportunities.
Evangelize the Portfolio: Serve as the product spokesperson, delivering compelling presentations to internal stakeholders, press, and at keynote industry events.
5+ years of Product Marketing experience in tech, with a specific focus on hardware or integrated hardware/software solutions.
Preferred Industry Background: Prior experience in Video Collaboration, Unified Communications (UC), Audio/Visual (AV), or Enterprise IT hardware is strongly preferred.Proven product launcher: Demonstrated track record of orchestrating end-to-end product launches from concept to launch to momentum.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Experience leading matrixed teams (Product, Sales, Creative) without direct authority to drive project completion.
Navigating Scale & Ambiguity: You thrive at the intersection of process and speed. You are capable of navigating corporate-level systems and approval chains while maintaining the agility to pivot strategy based on changing market data.
Strategic Communicator: Excellent verbal and written storytelling skills, with the ability to "flex" high and low—presenting strategic roadmaps to leadership one moment and reviewing technical battle cards the next.
Content Creation: Strong portfolio of written technical marketing assets, including white papers, sales pitch decks, one-pagers, and battle cards.
Sales Enablement: Experience translating technical specifications into compelling narratives and impactful materials for sales teams and channel partners.
Proactive self-starter and problem-solver. Identifies issues, opportunities, and needs on their own; takes initiative, builds plans, and executes without constant direction.
Compensation:
This position offers an annual base salary typically between $ 150,000 and $ 190,000. In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
