Job Summary:
As a Learning & Communications Manager, you will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful learning and communication strategies that drive HSE awareness, engagement, and compliance across a global audience. Your typical day will involve collaborating with HSE program leads, PMO, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate HSE priorities into clear, actionable communications and scalable learning experiences. You will support the development of global campaigns, training initiatives, and communication assets that enable consistent adoption of HSE standards and foster a strong safety culture.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and execute HSE communication and learning strategies aligned with global priorities.
- Develop and deliver engaging communication assets and learning content (campaigns, training materials, toolkits) to drive awareness and compliance.
- Partner with PMO and program leads to develop clear, actionable messaging and scalable learning experiences.
- Analyze communication and learning metrics to optimize effectiveness and continuously improve user experience and impact.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in internal communications and content development, including executive-level messaging and storytelling.
- Experience in learning design and development, creating engaging training materials and enablement assets.
- Ability to translate complex HSE topics into clear, concise, and actionable content for global audiences.
- Solid understanding of Workplace Health & Safety principles, with strong stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration skills.
