Join our Strategy & Consulting team as a Business Analyst and work on multinational transformation programs for clients across industries such as Telecommunications, EU Institutions, Financial Services, and Utilities. Accenture works with around 75% of Fortune Global 500 companies, giving you exposure to large-scale projects across Europe and globally.

This role offers exposure to a wide spectrum of project types. Depending on the project, your work can range from analyzing and improving business processes, through structuring and solving complex business challenges, to working with data or supporting the delivery of technology-, Generative AI-, and Agentic AI-driven solutions.

YOUR MISSION:

• Support strategic advisory to large and renowned companies, identifying and driving initiatives that help improve performance, enhance customer experience, or drive operational efficiency. 

• Analyze business processes and data to support the design of solutions in areas such as customer relationship management, supply chain management, and finance. 

• Contribute to the development of client-ready analyses, recommendations, and presentations within project teams. 

• Contribute to initiatives where AI is embedded into business operations, such as Agentic AI solutions that automate and orchestrate workflows and Gen AI use cases that enhance insights, decision making, and productivity.

• Depending on the engagement, your tasks may include participating in stakeholder interviews or workshops, preparing functional requirements or user stories, mapping processes, supporting testing activities, or performing data analysis using modern tools. 

• Work with consultants and client teams to gather inputs, clarify requirements, and support the delivery of project outcomes. 

WHO YOU ARE:  

• University degree (Bc., Mgr., MBA, Ing. or equivalent).  

• 1-2 years of experience in consulting or a relevant industry role; the position is also suitable for fresh graduates.  

• Advanced English (B2+) and fluent Slovak (C1+). 

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel). 

• Ability to think out of the box and offer unique perspectives to the client. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills & the ability to structure business problems and derive insights from data. 

• The ability to convey complex and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. 

• Desire to work on a variety of strategic and operational projects focused on addressing the business requirements of the client. 

• High degree of ownership, reliability, and independence. 

• Willingness to meet client travel requirements when applicable. 

Bonus points if you have:

• Previous experience with SAP (procurement, financial controlling, sales and distribution, or other relevant areas, with a focus on practical usage rather than technical expertise). 

• Prior experience in consulting or relevant industries such as Communications, Media, Technology, Utilities, or Resources is highly valued. 

• Advanced German (B2+).
