About the role:
As a Business Analyst Senior, you’ll lead the development of high-quality business documentation and drive process improvements. This role is critical in supporting decision-making, aligning business goals, and enhancing operational efficiency across the organization.

What you will be doing:

• Create and maintain comprehensive business documentation, including policies, procedures, and analysis reports to support strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leadership to identify business needs, define measurable outcomes, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Analyze and improve business processes, using data-driven insights and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead business process analysis to validate requirements, manage scope, and set realistic expectations for deliverables.
• Support change management efforts, ensuring smooth implementation of new processes, policies, and systems.
• Contribute to key projects, including regulatory and strategic initiatives, by providing analytical and documentation support.

What you will need:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business documentation creation (e.g., policies, procedures, reports).
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clear, accurate documentation.
• Fluent English (minimum C1 level).
• Good understanding of Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Availability to work US business hours (14:00–22:00 CET).
• Strong decision-making and management skills, with the ability to prioritize and drive initiatives forward.
