The opportunity:
Due to maternity leave, we are currently recruiting for a driven, motivated and optimistic individual to join us as our AIA Vitality Coach for a 6 month fixed term contract.
Reporting into our Strategic Accounts Manager in our Distribution/Sales team, this role would really suit you if you are passionate about health and wellness and eager to take the lead in putting this passion into practice, for others to be a part of.
The Distribution team look after all intermediary relationships with AIA, stretching across independent advisers, large Financial Advice Practices and our aligned network, right through to our Banking partnership. Our Sales team are a high-performing team who continue to break records. Our AIA Vitality Coach needs to be driven in supporting the team to continue with their peak performance; enhancing their techniques and bringing us closer to making our dream become a reality.
This role will require you to be quick on your feet as well as having the ability to be strategic, tactical, and creative in your approach. You will also be responsible for coaching, consulting, problem solving, negotiating and being an expert in your field.

Key responsibilities include the following:
Strategic Development of tools and resources
Leading our executive wellness programme and other presentations/activations
Leadership/Influencing
Being the wellbeing ambassador and influencing others to join you
Business development and consulting
Budget management of operating expenses
To be successful in this role, you will:
Be passionate about health and wellness
Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Have superior relationship management experience, with a proven ability to develop deep relationships at all levels, both internally and externally
Demonstrate excellent negotiation and influencing skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with others in finding solutions that meet business needs
Have excellent presentation skills, being able to influence our audience through engagement and with confidence
Have the ability to adapt to a dynamic, changing environment and make an immediate impact through a proactive approach
Have an understanding of the life insurance industry and the AIA Vitality programme
Be happy to travel domestically and attend/host events with advisers outside standard working hours as and when required
