Job Description:
The EB&I Business Strategy & Intelligence Manager plays a critical role in shaping, articulating, and advancing the strategic vision of the EB&I line of business. This role is responsible for leading and supporting high-impact strategic initiatives and cross‑functional projects that span strategic direction, platform and digital capabilities, client experience, associate experience, and program design.
A core focus of this role is transforming strategy, insights, and data into compelling, executive‑ready narratives and materials. The Manager will design and deliver high‑quality presentations, strategic frameworks, and visual storytelling that clearly communicate vision, priorities, and decisions for senior leaders and enterprise partners.
The role requires strong strategic thinking, consultative influence, and program leadership without direct authority, paired with exceptional communication, presentation, and design skills. Success in this role depends on the ability to synthesize complex inputs, align stakeholders, and drive clarity, momentum, and execution across EB&I and partner lines of business.
