Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Learning Specialist to join our team. The Learning Specialist will be responsible for understanding and designing skilling interventions. This role requires a strong understanding of adult learning principles, skilling methodologies and the ability to work collaboratively with global teams and ecosystem partners. The Learning Specialist will engage in customer-facing activities and support pre-sales efforts to ensure the creation of optimized training solutions for the customer organization. Roles & Responsibilities: • Oversee the entire lifecycle of the solution design as well as responding to customer RFI / RFPs • Develop and deliver engaging training programs and workshops tailored to the needs of the organization. • Understand, assess the learning needs of customers and map LV solutions to deliver to customer mandates. • Utilize a variety of tools as well as instructional methods deliberate on approaches, learning formats and craft an overall strategy • Collaborate with subject matter experts, client account team, customer organization & LearnVantage ecosystem teams to design and deliver a winning strategy/ solution. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development. • Prepare and present customers visiting Accenture innovation center • Engage with clients to understand their training needs and provide tailored solutions. • Conduct pre-sales activities, including platform demonstrations, presentations, and consultations & collaboration with LearnVantage team to potential clients. • Create Point of View documents, proposals and other materials supporting GTM organization. . Professional & Technical Skills: • Proven experience as a Learning Specialist or learning design consulting • Excellent written / oral communication, presentation and storyline creation skills • Exposure to learning management systems (LMS) and experience of working with any SaaS organization in the learning industry • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Experience in customer-facing roles and pre-sales activities. • The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of related experience Additional Information: - MBA preferred - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
