How you’ll make an impact
1. You will lead the implementation of the Digital Factory concept in our local units around the world.
2. You will analyze, understand and interpret the needs and demands of the local units and translate to actionable requirements for systems developers.
3. You will guide and lead local project leaders to implement Digital Factory solutions in their respective factories, in alignment with global Digital Factory best practices, rules, and guidelines.
4. You will help the local units transition away from local custom solutions to run the operations, to solutions using SAP / HVPLM / DPS instead, to the furthest extent possible.
5. You will develop and continuously refine the global approach for Digital Factory implementations and run up to 3 Digital Factory implementation projects at the same time.
6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1. You hold a bachelor's degree.
2. More than 5 years of experience in operations, preferably with process management and quality experience.
3. A good understanding of SAP, HVPLM, and DPS systems, or at least one of them, and ability to quickly learn about the others also with a solid understanding of production processes in general. Lean 6 sigma green belt is preferable, yellow belt mandatory. Strong project management skills, PM / Agile PM.
4. Systems integrations skills, IT demand process, Structured problem-solving skills, thinking outside the box, Automation Engineering, IoT solutions, Cyber security.
5. Ability to make the case for change and show the benefit of using Digital Factory over the current approach, stakeholder management, ability to engage on a personal level and motivate people to get things done in the local factories, ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing also with ability to delegate, distribute workload and assign tasks.
6. Experience into MS Office Suite -Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, PTC tools: ThingWorx, KepServer, Windchill, SAP S4/Hana, Digital Passport System and Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, PowerBI.
7. Methodologies of this role: PM / Agile PM, L6S, Lean 6 Sigma, VSM, Value-Stream Mapping, CI, Continuous Improvement, Quality Processes, root-cause analysis and Change Management, Stakeholder Engagement.
8. Additional language skills beneficial, especially for countries where deployment projects are executed with English: business fluent.
