Ridgeline is looking for a driven Brand and Events Marketer for our rapidly growing fintech company. You will play a pivotal role in bringing the Ridgeline brand to life through on- and offline experiences. Your refined skills in event execution, project management, and brand marketing will help the Go-to-Market team deliver on its ambitious goals.

What will you do?

  • Develop and implement innovative brand marketing strategies to enhance Ridgeline's visibility and reputation in the investment management industry.
  • Create and execute engaging, in-person field marketing events in partnership with regional sales team members.
  • Support Ridgeline’s owned and sponsored events to deliver an exceptional attendee experience while reinforcing our brand attributes.
  • Manage the planning and cross-team coordination for complex projects, including scope, timelines, resourcing, and performance. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure consistent brand experiences.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in brand and/or event marketing, preferably in a B2B, fintech, and/or SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand events, including large-scale activations such as conferences
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
  • A strong eye for detail and visual design, with basic design skills and ability to give creative direction.
  • Familiarity with a range of martech platforms, including creative tools, CRM systems, and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Figma, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits 

[For New York and California Based Only]

The cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $110,000 - $127,500. Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amount listed above.
